Tim Benniks operates timbenniks.dev as a static personal website. This page explains what data is processed, which third parties are involved, and how to exercise your rights. Last updated August 2026.

What this site collects

Visitors

Public pages do not require login. When you browse timbenniks.dev, the hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and performance. Vercel's privacy policy governs that processing.

Analytics

This site does not load third-party analytics trackers on public pages by default. If that changes, this policy will be updated and the change noted here.

Email

If you contact Tim, your message and address are used only to respond. Messages are not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Third parties and embedded content

Media and embeds

Images are served via Cloudinary. Videos may embed YouTube players. Social links leave this site. Those services may set cookies or collect usage data under their own policies when you interact with them.

Agent-readable endpoints

Tim Benniks intentionally publishes machine-readable surfaces (/llms.txt, /agents.md, /tools.json, /api/mcp, markdown twins) for crawlers and AI agents. Do not transmit personal or confidential data to these public endpoints.

Your rights

Can I request deletion of personal data?
Yes. Use the contact page to make your request. Tim Benniks aims to respond within 30 days. Server logs retained by Vercel are subject to Vercel's retention policies.
Who is the data controller?
Tim Benniks is the controller for email correspondence and content published on timbenniks.dev. Hosting and CDN processing is performed by Vercel, Inc.
